At GypsySoulSisters.shop, we take pride in creating unique handmade products with care and attention to detail. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish are natural and part of the charm of owning a handmade piece.

Handmade Product Notice

Many of our products are individually handcrafted and may not be identical to product photographs.

Minor variations, including:

  • Color differences
  • Natural material variations
  • Small size differences
  • Handcrafted details and finishes

are not considered defects and are part of the unique nature of handmade goods.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Special-request creations
  • Items customized with names, dates, colors, or other personalized details

Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A repair
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you would like an exchange, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or sent in error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

GypsySoulSisters.shop is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by payment provider.
  • Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days after processing.

Order Cancellations

Because handmade products often begin production shortly after an order is placed:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GypsySoulSisters.shop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost or stolen, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide tracking information and reasonable assistance when possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Return shipping costs

These fees are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
